"The meaning of winning the championship"
When we officially became BDE (Big Dick Energy) — from our LOGO to team photos under the slogan “#有你的强” — the industry began to take notice. In the past, people asked who we were; now, they’re asking who we are. This year, over 83 passionate days and nights, we became the first team born in the 1990s to win the company’s crown, the Tiger Flag. Our joy isn’t just in winning,
but in starting over, finding belonging, and believing in ourselves again. Our core belief, “Imperfect 10,” unites people from different backgrounds in the pursuit of a better self. With Tiger Flag morale, half our partners reached MDRT, with seven COTs and three TOTs. But our pride lies less in numbers than in the hard work behind them — that’s the true meaning of victory.

In 22 years, we’ve grown into the youngest “senior division” and a true star team — now known not just for Chen Kuan, but for BDE. With greater heights come expectations, pressure, and the challenge of building organized systems while under the spotlight.
We remind each other not to lose ourselves, knowing that winning, as Nick said after earning the Lion Flag, doesn’t make life easier. “WIN AS ONE” became FAE’s starting point, built on fellowship, gratitude, and walking the right path toward a better self.
